The owner, Alex Kats is great. Helped me pick the right pair in no time. Has an amazing eye for what might be the perfect fit for you. Seamlessly helped with insurance claim as well. Janel was the sales associate who helped me find glasses. I am new to needing different prescriptions (progressive/bi focal?) for distance and reading. I have trouble finding glasses because I prefer them to be as light as possible and I have a flat nasal bridge. She was very patient as my friends who came to help me choose had me trying on almost every pair of glasses in the store. It's important to have knowledgeable sales people combined with great customer service skills. Definitely recommend. I'd avoid going between 12-2pm since they are busier at lunch time with customers working in buildings nearby.
